We collect personal data when you complete a form on this website. Depending on the form, this includes your first name, surname, company email address, company name, role, phone number and any message you write. Forms are used to request a demo, contact us, download a resource such as an eBook, brochure or handbook, and to subscribe to our newsletter.

Google Fonts – typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.
YouTube (Google) – webinar recordings are embedded on some articles. YouTube may set cookies and receive your IP address when a video loads.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics – used to measure website use, only after you consent to statistics cookies.
EngageBay – our CRM and email platform, which holds contact details and the history of your enquiries and subscriptions.
Microsoft Outlook Bookings – if you book a meeting with a member of our team using a booking link, Microsoft processes the details you enter there.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections, access control and regular updates. No website can be completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and will notify you and the supervisory authority of a data breach where the law requires it.

Children

This website is aimed at industrial and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
