UReason and MaxGrip have joined forces to help Aquafin with smarter maintenance to realise a more efficient and effective organisation as part of the hackathon organised by BEMAS in the Asset Performance 4.0 Conference.
Having analysed the given data set and Aquafin company processes, we have formed a fully-scalable solution that would increase the reliability and performance of Aquafin’s assets, among other benefits:
- Decreased unplanned downtime;
- Significantly decreased the maintenance costs;
- Improved employee work/life balance;
- Guidance in promoting, training and coaching collaboration between maintenance and operations.
